Shipping Policy

At Me x I Beauty Shop, we strive to deliver your beauty essentials quickly and safely. This shipping policy outlines our processes, costs and estimated delivery times for orders within New Zealand. Feel free to reach out to us at mexibeautyshop@yahoo.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping- ​On orders over $70 NZD

  • Standard Shipping

    • $8 NZD for orders under $70 NZ

  • Courier and Signature ​

    • $11 NZD for orders under $70 NZ

Courier

We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Issues

  • Non-delivery- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking information first. Contact us at mexibeautyshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of dispatch, providing your order number and details.

  • Incorrect Address- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at check out. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information. A re-shipping fee will apply for returned parcels due to address errors.

  • Lost or Stolen Parcels- For tracked orders with signature requirements, we'll work with the courier to resolve issues. For Authority to Leave (ATL) orders, neither Me x I Beauty Shop nor the courier is liable for loss or theft after delivery.

  • Damaged Goods- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at mexibeautyshop@yahoo.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Unforeseen events & Holidays- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, sales periods, or unforeseen events like Covid-19 related delays. We'll keep you updated via email.

  • Liability- Me x I Beauty Shop is not liable for delays caused by couriers, or external factors beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product or have simply changed your mind, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns- We offer returns within 14 days for unopened, unused products in original packaging, with seal intact. 
*Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds- Processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds exclude original shipping fee unless the order was faulty.
