Step 1. Tear along the perforated line in the center of the masks to separate them into individual pairs.
Step 2. Slide your foot into the mask.
Step 3. Remove the sticker from the ankle area and secure the band around your ankle.
Step 4. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. After removal, massage any remaining cream into your skin for full absorption.
